The Exercises in this module ask you to contextualise and deploy methods described in the People-Centred Change sections of the Practitioner Programme. In doing so, you will have gained in-depth insights and experience to help you secure workforce engagement in change, prepare and implement Action Plans, and mentor others in your organisation in the principles and practice of People-Centred Change. You will also be able to evaluate the impact of these resources, and to understand when and how they can be used to maximise the effectiveness of change in your organisation. In particular, the module provides an essential complement to Action Planning for Innovation Projects, which follows.
