The aim of this module has been to demonstrate the value of workplace innovation (and the Workplace Innovation Diagnostic®)  as an active enabler in achieving an organisation’s strategic goals and objectives. Workplace innovation needs to become an integral part of corporate strategy, helping align the entire organisation and its culture towards the acceptance and realisation of shared visions and values.
