Next steps

You’re now very close to completing the programme – gaining Workplace Innovation Foundation Status and achieving your ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management – so congratulations on your amazing journey so far! We will now undertake our assessment of your work against the criteria required for both the Foundation Status and the ILM qualification. This will be completed within 30 working days from your completion date. We will then contact you to confirm the result and finalise the arrangements for sending your certificates.

The knowledge and understanding you have gained has given you a solid foundation on which to build. You now have a good understanding of  Workplace Innovation and its relevance and importance in bringing about real and sustainable change in an organisation.

We’re very keen to keep in touch and hear how the programme is continuing to help in your leadership development and in shaping your career. – and of course we’re always here to offer informal support. You’re also part of a growing international community, with continuing opportunities to share experiences both online and in person through Fresh Thinking Labs.

What might be your next step?

Our Workplace Innovation programmes offer three levels of accreditation – Foundation, Practitioner and Senior Practitioner – with corresponding ILM Level 5 qualifications at Award, Certificate and Diploma. This allows clear progression from Knowledge and Understanding, (Foundation) through Facilitating Implementation of Workplace Innovation (Practitioner) and finally Coaching and Mentoring others to achieve Workplace Innovation Practitioner accreditation, (Senior Practitioner). ILM qualification credits are accumulative and count towards the next level of qualification …  and we’ll support you all the way.

Find out about our Workplace Innovation Practitioner Programme

You’ll be part of a growing international community of people creating more productive, more innovative and more exciting places to work.

On completion of the programme you’ll be accredited as a Workplace Innovation Practitioner (and receive a nice piece of paper to hang on your wall) and achieve the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

The Workplace Innovation Practitioner Programme doesn’t only provide you with knowledge and insights to help you become a successful transformational leader. You will also gain the experience of driving real change in your organisation – resulting in tangible performance improvements, employee-driven innovation and better quality of working lives for your people.
