Conclusions

The aim of this module has been to demonstrate the value of workplace innovation, and especially the Workplace Diagnostic results, in supporting senior teams by identifying the practices that enable or obstruct the achievement of strategic goals and objectives. Likewise, it also shows that workplace innovation is even more powerful when it becomes an integral part of corporate strategy, helping ensure senior team understanding, commitment and willingness to address difficult issues.
